We aim to keep MINUITDISCO straightforward: no on-site advertising pixels, no analytics scripts and no automatic YouTube player loading in this version.

IMPORTANT BEFORE PUBLIC LAUNCH: This notice contains information based on the site's current code, but must still be completed with the data controller's legal identity and verified against the deployed environment. It is not a certification of legal compliance.

01 / Data controller

To be completed: full legal name and required contact details of the person or entity operating MINUITDISCO. For now, privacy requests can be sent through the contact form, marked “Privacy request”. The form is operated by a third-party provider.

02 / Messages sent through the contact form

If you voluntarily send a message, we process the name, email address, subject and text you provide in order to respond. The form is processed by Formspree; the message is also delivered to the label's designated mailbox. This processing is separate from cookie consent.

To be finalized: Article 6 GDPR legal basis appropriate to your actual use; retention period or criteria; processor/recipient details and any applicable international transfer safeguards. We do not use contact enquiries for mailing lists or advertising without a separate lawful basis.

03 / Cookies, local storage & external requests

Our own website code does not install analytics, advertising pixels or optional preference-storage cookies. It does not use localStorage to remember a video preference. Therefore, there is no general cookie acceptance popup when you arrive on the site.

Essential security and delivery mechanisms may be provided by our hosting/CDN provider, Cloudflare; the actual live cookie inventory should be inspected before final publication and after adding new services.

Fonts: the current prototype loads the Barlow type family from Google Fonts. Connecting to Google's font service may transmit connection information (such as IP address and browser details) to Google even where no cookies are set. We recommend self-hosting Barlow before the final launch. See Google's privacy information.

04 / YouTube video (click to load)

The GIO video appears first as a locally hosted poster image. Before you click PLAY GIO / LYRIC VIDEO, this site does not create a YouTube iframe. Playing the video intentionally connects your browser with YouTube/Google. The embedded player uses YouTube's privacy-enhanced domain youtube-nocookie.com; this does not eliminate all provider data processing.

You can click STOP / UNLOAD VIDEO under the video to remove the embedded iframe. That stops the connection initiated by that player on our page; it does not delete third-party cookies or erase information already received by Google. You can also watch directly on YouTube, under YouTube's own privacy terms.

05 / Hosting and technical logs

Cloudflare hosts and delivers this website. As with other web hosting services, technically necessary data such as IP addresses, request timestamps, and security or diagnostic information may be processed to serve the pages and prevent misuse. The relevant retention terms depend on the chosen provider services.

06 / Your rights

Subject to GDPR requirements and applicable exceptions, you may have rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and data portability. You may complain to the supervisory authority, including the Italian Data Protection Authority. To exercise your rights, use the contact form and choose “Privacy request” as the subject until the controller contact details above are finalized.

07 / Updates

We will review this information whenever we introduce new analytics, players, hosting services or contact-processing workflows. A separate cookie consent management tool may become necessary if we add non-essential trackers.
